Breakfast and dessert have joined forces to create this sweet treat of a shake. Use any cereal you'd like to seriously upgrade your shake game.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup vanilla ice cream

  • ½ - 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup sugar-coated corn flakes

  • Whipped cream

  • Additional sugar-coated corn flakes

Directions

  1. Combine the first 2 ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add cereal and pulse until combined.

  3. Top with whipped cream and additional cereal if desired.

Marshmallow Treat

Prepare as directed except add ½ cup marshmallow crème with the ice cream. Use crisp rice cereal instead of sugar-coated corn flakes.

Cocoa Puffs

Prepare as directed except add ¼ cup chocolate-flavor syrup with the ice cream. Use chocolate-flavored frosted corn puffs instead of sugar-coated corn flakes and top with mini chocolate chips and/or chocolate syrup instead of topping with cereal.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Prepare as directed except use sweetened cinnamon toast-flavored wheat and rice cereal instead of sugar-coated corn flakes. Dust with cinnamon sugar instead of topping with cereal.

Reese's Puffs

Prepare as directed except add 1/4 cup peanut butter with the ice cream. Use sweetened puffed corn cereal with peanut butter instead sugar-coated corn flakes. Drizzle with chocolate syrup instead of topping with cereal.

Lucky Charms

Prepare as directed except add 1/4 cup marshmallow crème with the ice cream. Use frosted toasted oat cereal with marshmallows instead of sugar-coated corn flakes.

Honey Nut Cheerios

Prepare as directed except add 2 tablespoons honey with the ice cream. Use round toasted oat cereal with nuts and honey instead of sugar-coated corn flakes. Drizzle with honey instead of topping with cereal.

Fruity Pebbles/Fruit Loops

Prepare as directed except add 1/4 cup marshmallow crème with the ice cream. Use fruit-flavored sweetened rice cereal or round fruit-flavored sweetened multigrain cereal instead of sugar-coated corn flakes.

Tips

You can also makes these boozy by adding 1/4 cup vanilla vodka to the ice cream before blending.
