Bake in preheated oven until top and edges are golden and a long wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Serve with sweetened whipped cream and berries, if desired.
